Return Policy

At Kiera's Closet we prioritize customers satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product(s) under the conditions outlined below.

 - Return Period: You may return the product(s) within 7 days from the date of the product delivered.

 - Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should be in the original packaging.

 - Opening Video: Opening Video is mandatory to go ahead with the return process.

 - Process for Return:

     2. Ship the Product(s): Once your return is approved, the product(s) will be picked up with the original packaging. The product(s) needs to be shipped out to us within 3 days of approval.

    3. Inspection and Approval: Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 - Refund: If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

 - Exchanges: We only replace item if they are defective or damaged.
